The Sajber Jukebox is build as a frontend that communicates with a playing process through a very simple protocol. Any player supporting the required subsection of that protocol can be used under the Jukebox. Currently there are three players available:
Sajberplay
A rewrite of Woo-jae Jung's splay. It's shipped along with the Jukebox. It's quite CPU consuming, but it supports all the various commands.
amp
Amp works very well with the Jukebox. It supports most of the protocol and is one of fastests players currently available. It can be fetched at ftp://ftp.rasip.fer.hr/pub/mpeg/.
